Who are the Old Timers?
Old Timers is not a hardcore guild. Old Timers is not all about epic loot and raiding 24/7.
Old Timers is best suited for those who have a desire to experience as much game content as possible without having to sacrifice their families, friends, and jobs in the process. We are a guild whose members put forth a collective effort to help the guild succeed in all challenges. Whether those challenges be quests, 5 man instances, or 10 man raids, we all find ways to contribute and help each other out along the way.
It's not important whether you've been playing for 4 weeks or 4 years. What is important is that you are putting effort into progressing and helping your guild mates out when you can. More value comes from failing and asking what went wrong, than suceeding and never asking anything at all. A fundamental philosophy of ours is that when everyone strives to help each other, then we suddenly become more valuable than the sum of our parts.
As far as raiding goes, we are a 10 man raiding guild. In the Burning Crusade, we cleared our way through Karazhan and Zul'Aman. In the Wrath of the Lich King, we have cleared through Naxxramas (10 Man), and plan to progress beyond Naxxramas to any future 10 man raids that are added, once an appropriate amount of members obtain the gear that is needed. Please take note that we are not a 25 man raiding guild, and 25 man raids are not part of our current or future plans.
